30 days after contract is signed 50% of down payment is due
6 weeks prior to The TFM Forum Remainder of deposit is due
6 weeks prior to The TFM Forum Sponsor & Delegate Profile Information Due: This includes organization description and primary contact information.
4 weeks prior to The TFM Forum Review & Rate the profiles of all Facility Management Executives who will be attending The TFM Forum: All contact, budgetary data as well as project needs will be provided.
2 weeks to The TFM Forum Final itinerary sent to sponsors. This will include one-one meetings and networking events.
1 week after The TFM Forum Facility Management Executives will be polled to find out if sponsors called them prior to the event and please rate the sponsor presentations.
